Ten terrorists were killed in various operations by the security forces in Dera Ismail Khan and the districts of Waziristan in northern Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, said public relations between services (ISPR) in a statement on Friday.
The ISPR, the media wing of the Army, said that the terrorists killed in the operations overnight participated actively in numerous terrorist activities against security forces, as well as in the murder of innocent civilians.
“From January 30 to 31, 2024, the security forces died ten Khwarij in several operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” said the ISPR. The term Khwarij referred to the terrorists belonging to the forbidden Tehreek-E-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Operations against terrorists arrived in the midst of an increase in terrorist violence in areas along the border with Afghanistan.
