An investigation has found the recruitment of 21 illegal employees, including technical staff and midwives in the department of low Kohistan health who have been receiving regular wages without fulfilling their duty.

This group includes 14 surgical technicians, radiology, pharmacy, pathology, anesthesia and health elementary primary school, as well as seven midwives.

The research report recommends recovering the amount of wages extracted by long -standing personnel and taking measures against them in accordance with government rules and regulations.

In addition, it is recommended to obtain all the necessary documents and records related to these irregularities of the former District Health Officer (DHO) and the Senior Secretary.

The consultation report has been submitted to the Department of Health. An investigation committee was appointed on December 21, 2024 and was ordered to submit his report within fourteen days.

According to a report presented to the Department of Health, the last recruitment in the office of Dho Kohistan was held on May 18, 2022.

However, after joining Dho’s office, the staff did not fulfill their duties. Despite their absence, they continued to draw wages for 28 months, with the exception of October 2024, when their salaries stopped.

Nor did they receive their last three months of payment.

During the investigation, the staff said they had assigned duties in the DHO office, but could not provide satisfactory evidence to the committee regarding their responsibilities.

In terms of their responsibility, they were not present at the DHO office or their assistance was recorded, and there was no evidence of their presence in any installation.

The staff were summoned to answer on October 4. His attitude towards his duties has been considered non -serious, and have been absent for a prolonged period.

Although all relevant recruitment records were presented. However, the recruitment procedure carried out by the old DHO and the former senior employees (which were then DHO) did not provide the necessary information.

The technical personnel and the hearing of the midwives took place on December 13, 2024, and the Superras Audience was held in the presence of female personnel of the Maternal Health Center for Newborns and Children (MNCH).

The investigation indicated that midwives were recruited in April 2022; However, they did not inform their assigned stations. Only Sameena and Mubarak Begum were recruited in the Basic Health Unit (BUH) Jijal, according to their recruitment orders, but did not report for duty.

The records show that Sameena was absent for 2.5 months before being transferred to the civil dispensary in Simodra.

Meanwhile, Mubarak Begum, who was assigned to Bhu Majghil, has been absent since September 2022 and has only worked for a total of 15 days.

The recommendations of the Investigation Report indicate that the former DHO District and the Senior Secretary did not provide their statements to the Investigation Committee and did not present the recruitment procedure.

Since its recruitment, all technical staff has been absent from work. In addition, all midwives were absent from the recruitment station.

Sameena was absent for 2.5 months, while Mubarak Begum was absent for 28 months. Strict departmental measures against them must be taken.
