Islamabad: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and interreligious harmony has established a dedicated aid line to help Hajj pilgrims with updated information about their flight schedules in the directive of Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousaf.

According to Ministry spokesman, Muhammad Umar Butt, pilgrims can call the help line at 051-9216980 to obtain real-time updates and support related to their Hajj travel agreements.

The aid line, which operates under the supervision of director It Jameel-Ur-Rehman, will work 24 hours in two shifts to guarantee uninterrupted assistance, he added.

He said that in the first turn, Hafiz Majid will serve as the help line in charge and can reach +92-332-4509868. In addition, the assistant director Malik Asad will lead the second turn and can be contacted at +92-321-5365023, he said.

Butt said that pilgrims are also advised to keep contact with their respective Haji camps for greater coordination.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interreligious Harmony on April 26 confirmed that all arrangements for the Hajj 2025 operation were completed. The first flight under the government scheme departed on April 29 and the last flight is scheduled for May 31.

A total of 342 flights will transport pilgrims from Pakistan, with 89,000 who will travel to Madina and Makkah, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

The Hajj flight operation will cover 33 days. Pilgrims will be transferred mainly to Madina during the first 15 days.
