A court ordered that 25 students be sent to jail for trying to settle in the United Kingdom using fraudulent visas.

The district court and sessions in Islamabad rejected the application of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of an extension of the physical return of the students and, on the other hand, placed them in judicial custody for 14 days.

The suspects were presented to the judicial magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal. The prosecutors alleged that the students had manipulated passports in an effort to enter and establish themselves in the United Kingdom.

During the hearing, defense lawyers submitted bail requests for the defendant. The court issued notices to all parties and scheduled the next hearing for March 24, during which he will hear legal arguments on the matter.
