The World Series champion, Mark Teixeira, said he cannot have a conversation with people who say that men can get pregnant, citing how political division has grown in the United States.

Teixeira, who launched his campaign for the United States Representatives House last week, said “has no problems” talking to Democrats about fiscal rates or national security, but not about men who become pregnant.

“I have no problem talking with you about tax rates or national security or things that may improve our country. But when you say that men can get pregnant, where do I go with that?” Teixeira said in an appearance in “Don’t @ me with dan dakich” by Outkick.

“I can’t have a conversation with you if that’s what you really think, and I think many people on the left have left the map that creates this huge division, which is difficult to close that gap.”

The former New York Yankees star said that people have asked him why he chose to enter politics when he is so divided. Teixeira said that conservatives have not moved much rather, while the Democrats “have completely moved from the map to the left.”

Dan Dakich from Outkick said the change to the left has created a distraction of what is real, and Teixeira agreed with that evaluation.

“Dan, one of the reasons I am executing is because people are real. People who need better jobs, people who want lower tax rates, people who want their cities and their streets to be safe, those are the people I am running for. My district is the most beautiful district of Texas, it is the mountainous country, working people,” Teixeira said.

“These men and women go to church on Sundays and barbecue later. These are only good patriots and want the government to work for them. They do not want to be controlled by the Government or tell them what to do, to be told that they use masks, that they tell him that he cannot go to school, they tell him that if he builds a company, it is because the government built it for you. That is ball.”

“I think the American people are awakening, that the first United States agenda is the one that is working for them.”

The three-time All-Star is campaigning for the 21st District of the Texas Congress. Teixeira’s announcement followed the decision of the representative Chip Roy not to seek re -election while running for Texas Attorney General.

The 45 -year -old played for four teams in his career in the Major Leagues. Teixeira debuted with the Texas Rangers and spent five seasons with the team before being changed to the Atlanta Braves.

Later he was changed to Los Angeles Angels after two seasons with the Braves and then signed with the Yankees.

The five -time Gold Glove winner was a key part of the 2009 Yankees team that beat the Philadelphia Philis in the World Series. Teixeira finished his career with an average bat of .268, 409 homers and 1,298 ranges.
