The host of “NFL Redzone”, Scott Hanson, said that the message about commercials as part of the beloved program was not clear, and understood why people would be upset.
“NFL Redzone”, for the first time, announced that it would implement commercials that go to the 2025-2026 season and fans went to social networks to express their disgust. Hanson gave the news of “The Pat McAfee Show” of ESPN before week 1, and fans were in a uproar.
Hanson told Pak Gazette Digital that he wanted the message about commercials to be clearer.

“I would have hoped that the message could have been a bit different in advance. That is, I think we should have come out and said: ‘Hey, yes, there will be commercials. There will be four and 15 commercial seconds distributed over the course of seven hours and we hope that it does not notice any difference, or at least there is not much difference,” Hanson told Pak Gazette Digital in a recent interview.
“I don’t think that message has been clear. I think fans were angry because they thought there would be so many commercials in ‘Redzone’ as in an individual NFL game, and it is already a payment channel. I understand that people were upset about it,” said Hanson.
The 54 -year -old presenter said that as a presenter of the program he had no voice in the commercials that were added.
“I will say this. I understand how consumer, why would people be upset. I am the host of the program. Business people handle the commercial side of things, and I have no control over that. I have no voice in that. All I could say is that I want to show him more football than anyone on the planet,” said Hanson.
“And if there is someone else out there who wants to show you more football than me, I would love to meet him. I would love that, because we would have a good communion together, because that’s how I am connected.”

Hanson said the comments he received from fans after a week with commercials was good.
“Once people saw how commercials looked, some people said they didn’t even notice the commercials. And it was a very successful show, a very, very large audience, a very successful show, and I am grateful that, hopefully, now we will enter the meat of the season, and people will still know that Redzone is the best unique store for his football fandom,” said Hanson.
Hanson is associated with Lowe’s for his “win your Sunday” campaign.
For millions of NFL fans, Sundays are about football, family and tradition. With “Gane Your Sunday”, Lowe’s is encouraging them to bring the same dedication and preparation they have for their teams to their homes. Hanson said Lowe’s has everything he needs to do his project at home during the week so that fans can enjoy their football Sundays.
“Lowe’s has presented a great campaign this year, called Earn Your Sunday. And the concept is this, we all have projects that we must do at home, around the house, in the patio. Every Your football?

“I think this campaign this year will really resonate with fans, because none of us wants to sit on the couch all day on Sunday and feel guilty. We want to know: ‘Ah, I did the projects.’ You go to Lowe’s, you get the things you need to do the projects in your home.
The Philadelphia Eagles corridor, Saquon Barkley, the open receiver of the Minnesota Vikings, Justin Jefferson, the 49ers corridor of San Francisco, Christian McCaffrey and the field marshal of the Dallas Cowboys, Dak Prescott, are among the NFL stars that support the Lowe campaign.
“It will be very fun this season,” said Hanson.
