ISLAMABAD:
The National Assembly Standing Committee on IT and Telecommunications is scheduled to meet tomorrow at 11:30 am for an in-depth discussion on the Digital Pakistan Bill and the issue of VPN registration.
The meeting, which will be chaired by Syed Aminul Haque, will also include detailed briefings by IT Secretary and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Chairman on Internet-related challenges faced by the IT industry and general users. . In addition, the issuance of International Long Distance (LDI) licenses will be reviewed.
