Complete spoilers are still for ALIEN: Earth Season 1, including its eighth and last episode.
The final episode of ALIEN: EarthThe first season has emerged from his ovomorph. And, with the original FX TV dominating the entertainment news cycle since it premiered at the end of August, it would expect what happens in its last chapter, entitled ‘The Real Monsters’, to provoke many fans debates in the predictable future.
In the midst of the conversations that are already online after its launch, I suspect you have questions about the last entry of Hulu and Disney+ Show. Next, I will do everything possible to respond to their greatest consultations about ‘Real Monsters’ and how I could configure things for a possible seasonal season.
This is your final warning: The main spoilers follow all for all ALIEN: Earth Season 1. Return now if you still have episodes to see, including your end.
Who dies in Alien: Earth season 1 episode 8?
No one important. In fact, in a rare movement for a project established in the Foreign Universe, its main players survive the events of the end of season 1 of the program.
In fact, all the remaining hybrids (Wendy/Marcy, Nibs, Smee, Ligly and Curly, not only live to fight another day, but end up taking control of Prodigy Corporation after they rebel against their creators and those who were in charge.
That includes the founder of the Kavalier prodigy, his right hand Atom Eins, the main scientist Dame Sylvia and the synthetic substitute father of hybrids in Kirsh, who are rounded and imprisoned by Wendy and company in one of the multi -people prison prison cells of Prodigy.
To that quartet they also join Weyland-Yutani Cyborg Morrow. Morrow was imprisoned after his capture in episode 7 and, despite leaving his cell in ‘The Real Monsters’, he is recaptured and detained again.
So who really bites dust? Only a couple of secondary characters in Siberian and Rashidi.
Siberian is killed by the carnivorous plant monster: it only took us eight episodes finally seeing it in action! -That escapes its confinement cell based on the research laboratory in episode 8. As for Rashidi, we do not see it die, but, considering that it is not part of the imprisoned group at the end of this entry, I suspect that it has killed outside the camera.
“But what about CJ?” I hear you cry. Don’t worry, it’s still alive. In the middle of episode 8, Smee reminds Wendy/Marcy who, despite what CJ did to the tips at the end of episode 7, is still on the side of the hybrids. He is not imprisoned as the others, although, although judging by the expression worried in his face in the ending scene of the end, it is clear that CJ does not agree with Wendy and a company that takes care of the prodigy.
Who becomes the new human host of the monster of the ocular globe in Alien: Earth?
No one expected it to be. In fact, with the Kavalier boy, which implies much that he wanted to sacrifice a specific human by Trypanohycha Ocellus (T. Ocellus), he is also affectionately known as ‘Eyeleen’ and ‘The Eye’, the fans were convinced that they had resolved who had resolved who had come out ALIEN: EarthThe favorite creature of the fans’ eyeball would take care of the next.
I even discussed the three most likely candidates to become the new human host of T. Ocellus, with CJ, Dame Sylvia, and Morrow is my elections for some eye and brain surgeries not agreed by courtesy of the monstrosity of eight outings.
Well, it turns out that we were all wrong. In an impressive turn of the events, the eye takes care of the decomposition body of Arthur, the husband and fellow scientists of recently deceased prodigy of Dame.
I admit that it seemed strange that ‘the royal monsters’ open in a photo of Arthur’s body. After his death at the hands of a xenomorph who overcomes the chest in episode 7, Arthur’s body was unpleasantly discarded by Morrow and the invasive forces of Weyland-Yutani before that chapter ended. Since then, Arthur’s body has clearly washed on one of the beaches of Neverland Island in Prodigy and has become a tasty potential meal for the native population of the enclave crab.
However, there is a specific reason for which Arthur’s body showed us, because Ocelo not only finds it, but can also physically possess it and revive him for his own villain reasons.
It was not always seen (fully planned words game) how this scenario would develop. In the middle of episode 8, it seemed that CJ would become the new human host of Ocellus after Boy Kavalier and Atom Eins were created. However, thanks to the intervention of Wendy/Marcy, Ocellus was prevented from giving CJ to take a turn like the new bipedal house of the way of life.
Long short history: Ocellus flees from the scene through a floor ventilation, escapes the installation and finally stumbles with Arthur’s body on the coast. After inspecting the housing, Ocelo supplants Arthur’s left eye and uses his other parasitic functions to effectively revive Arthur, although completely under his control.
Who is Steven Dimarco, the sixth dead child whose grave we see at the end of Alien season 1: Earth?
The answer to this question is quite obvious, but some spectators could be confused about who Steven is, so it is worth providing one here.
Steven is the real name of Tootles/Isaac, the hybrid performed by Kit Young. Before being killed by those creatures similar to a flies that spit acid and that eat material in episode 6, Tootles/Isaac was the other hybrid created by Prodigy along with Wendy, Nibs, Smee, Ligly and Curly. That means that there were six children with terminal diseases whose consciences were transferred to the artificial bodies they have occupied since ALIEN: EarthPremiere.
Taking into account that Tootles/Isaac died two chapters, some members of the audience could have forgotten him. As such, when I give me Sylvia visits the children’s cemetery at the beginning of episode 8, some fans could be confused about why there are six gravestones. Well, there is your answer!
Alien: The end of season 1 of the Earth has an intermediate or post-créditos credits scene?
No. Once the final credits arrive at ‘The Real Monsters’, there are no additional scenes for which to stay.
It must sit through the final credits that are dragged to appreciate the large number of people who worked in the series. But, if it remains sitting with the hope that there is a provocation of Marvel style at the end, it will be severely disappointed.
Will there be an alien: season 2 of the earth?
Probably. Showrunner/creator Noah Hawley has said that he sees ALIEN: EarthThe story runs for several seasons. In fact, speaking with Variety before the debut of season 1, he suggested that the science fiction horror series could last up to five seasons.
More recently, Hawley told the Evolution of Horror Youtube channel that he already knows where the plot will go in season 2 if he is green. However, nothing has been officially confirmed by FX Networks, also known as the study behind ALIEN: EarthSo we will have to do if the program was popular enough to justify at least one delivery more than eight parts.
What will happen in Alien: Earth season 2?
Once again, there is nothing official here to inform, but that will not prevent me from speculating about what could happen if ALIEN: Earth It is renewed for another season.
To begin with, there are the immediate consequences of taking prodigy hybrids. With a considerable number of Weyland-Yutani troops entering, it will be fascinating to see how the main rival of the prodigy will react to its founder of Trillonario, that is, a Kavalier child, being usurped for the same things he created. I imagine that Wendy and the company will not deliver to Weyland-Yutani. Then, although Yutani, CEO himself of the Megacorp himself, could be fun that the child has been locked by hybrids, will probably be disliked by Wendy’s refusal to give them his xenomorphs, nor will he be happy that Morrow has been imprisoned by the gang.
Speaking of the dangerous extraterrestrials that the prodigy stole from Weyland-Yutani, the carnivorous vegetable creature and the ocello are now loose on the island. I suspect that the latter will continue playing an important role next season, especially if its ultimate goal is to join someone as intelligent as the child. As for the monster in the style of Flora and other alien forms of life, its assumption is as good as mine as on how they will be used during season 2.
There will be more melodrama in the game next time. I would be surprised if one or more of the other four hybrids continue to follow Wendy’s leadership as the plot of season 2 progresses, and it will be intriguing to see if the level of trust between CJ and Wendy continues in its descending trajectory. There is also the possibility that imprisoned humans, Cyborgs and other synthetic, such as Kirsh, form an uncomfortable alliance to try to recover control of the installation. Therefore, do not be surprised if he is supporting the characters that he originally did not like and/or criticize people in which he was previously.
Finally, would it be too much asking to see the other megacorporations directed by planet Earth (threshold, lynch and dynamic) appear and play an active role in procedures? Weyland-Yutani and Prodigy can continue to be central to ALIEN: EarthThe narrative, but it would be great to see that the other conglomerates become the fray and further complicate things, especially if they want to take advantage of the current situation of the prodigy. Do it like this, Mr. Hawley.
