- Blackwell Super GPU of Nvidia can arrive later than is rumored above
- New gossip suggest that they will not debut between March and May 2026
- The previous talk indicated that these GPU could appear at the end of 2025, or in CES 2026
Now it is rumored that the RTX 5000 Super Refreshs of NVIDIA for its range of GPU Blackwell will now arrive much later than expected above.
According to Benchlife, a Taiwanese technology site (through Videcardz), Nvidia is probably looking for a launch in the first or second quarter of 2026 for the rumored RTX 5080 Super, RTX 5070 Ti Super and RTX 5070 Super.
The recent talk about the vine suggested that a launch of CES 2026 could be on the cards, just at the beginning of next year, others have suggested even before this (I will return to that shortly), but Benchife acknowledges that these super soft drinks will be debuted up to between March and May 2026.
The technological site also indicates that there are no manufacturers of graphics cards that have received official details of the RTX 5000 Super GPU GPU, which means that they are still very good, and that Nvidia has not yet made a decision on the launch time itself.
According to previous rumors, it is expected that the RTX 5080 Super will be loaded in vram for a sum of 24 GB, as well as the RTX 5070 Ti Super, with the RTX 5070 Super in itself that is receiving a great impulse to 18 GB of video memory.
ANALYSIS: Conflictive rumors (again)
As mentioned earlier, some theories have recently raised that Nvidia RTX 5000 updates will be here before next year, in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to the YouTuber Moore law is dead. Now, that had an attached warning in that team Green could expect a little more in one case, namely, the RTX 5080 Super that the YouTuber said that it could be postponed to Q1 2026.
Now we have a much more gloomy prediction that we will be lucky enough to see any of these Nvidia Blackwell updates in the first quarter of next year (however, we can still do it, almost).
Who to believe? Well, that depends on you, and you will find online people who will be more skeptical about both sources (or in fact, pour contempt over them). Benchlife would take more condiments than Moore’s law is dead, but that is just my opinion. What we must look for is that they go out with better known leaks and support a time frame, which will add weight to one or another of these statements.
Technically, we cannot even be sure that the RTX 5000 Super Refreshs is on the horizon, but it makes sense, since this follows the typical Nvidia roadmap with any generation of GPU given.
The main increases, for a sum of 50% according to rumors, would undoubtedly be welcome for these Blackwell models, particularly the RTX 5070, which is seriously persecuted with its 12 GB VRM group. The RTX 5070 Super 18GB would be in a powerful position to attack the RX 9070 XT of AMD if it emerges as rumors suggest.
This RDNA 4 desktop graphics card is considered an excellent offer, although it suffers from inflated prices since the launch of the GPU, which has been disappointing for PC players. Finally, price labels seem to be close to the MSRP, at least in the US, where you can collect an RX 9070 XT for $ 650 currently (the recommended price is $ 600).
It is rumored that the RTX 5070 Super is incoming at $ 600, but there is the possibility that Nvidia can reach less than $ 550, which would be a truly aggressive (and welcome) movement that AMD would surely be forced to respond.
