During today’s hearing, former lawyer’s lawyer Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, Shahid Jamil, regretted that objections had been raised in his statement and urged the court to decide on the appeal of the chamber presented on the matter.

The court, after deliberation, issued directives to assign a number to the hearing request.

Meanwhile, Khawaja’s former president of the President of Justice, Khawaja Ahmed, said that the arguments on the issue of a complete court bank should be broadcast live so that the public can be aware of the matter.

Given this, Judge Amin-Din said that the bank’s problem does not concern the public but is limited to the Court.

Responding to the lawyer’s argument to address the issue of live broadcast first, instead of the bank’s constitution, Judge Jamal Khan Commandkhail said the court wanted to educate people through live broadcast, but only ended up exposing himself.

When Judge Malik asked about the position on the live transmission of the case, the additional attorney general Amir Rehman said the matter is administrative.

The court, after listening to the arguments, approved the live transmission of the case and postponed the case until 11:30 am in tomorrow (Wednesday).
