The New York Jets presented a counter -process against their former Vice President of Finance, Elaine Chen, after Chen sued the organization alleging reprisals for cooperating in an investigation of sexual harassment about the president of the team, Hymie Elhai.

Team contrademands include defamation, civil conspiracy, tortuous interference and breach of contract.

Cen alleged in her initial lawsuit that she and her husband, former vice president of sales of jet tickets, Larry Fitzpatrick, were fired as reprisals after the claims against Elhai were made.

The Jets claimed that Chen and Fitzpatrick participated in an “illegal conspiracy” to “falsely accuse” Elhai of sexual harassment, and argued that she and Fitzpatrick were dismissed “legitimately and legally” by “inductive injection and completely representable.”

“This demand is nothing more than a desperate extension of the conspiracy and an attempt by Shakedown Nyj, which no longer pays the salaries of Chen or Fitzpatrick, and to avoid the inevitable and fair consequences of their misconduct,” the jets allege, as seen in the documents of the court obtained by Pak Gazette Digital.

The documents also included screenshots of alleged text messages and emails exchanged by Chen and Fitzpatrick that show an alleged communication in the alleged conspiracy.

“You and Elaine do not have to tell anyone, and I mean anyone, I sent this. He can sue me for slander even[ugh] It would be 100% wrong, I would not need the headache, “said the supposed text message.

Another screenshot shows an alleged text message from another person whose identity was written to Fitzpatrick that said: “I can’t wait to shoot this missile.”

Other screenshots show alleged text messages exchanged with Fitzpatrick that read “Cya Scumbag” and “Good and I hope this bursts it”, as well as the instructions to delete certain text messages and not use the team’s Wi -Fi network.
