James had 64 rushing touchdowns with the Colts from 1999 to 2005, but never led the NFL in rushing touchdowns. Taylor came into the game leading the league with 12 rushing touchdowns and 63 total. He will leave Germany with 66 in total.

Taylor’s number was called with just over 6 minutes left in the fourth quarter. Indianapolis lost 17-16. Taylor took the handoff, crashing into a group of players before leaping out and beating all the defenders to run for an 84-yard touchdown run.

The veteran running back’s 8-yard rushing touchdown in overtime helped the Colts win the game.
