A court filing shows a subpoena will be issued later this month for Tiger Woods’ prescription drug records following his DUI arrest late last month.
Woods was arrested for driving under the influence after taking field sobriety tests following a two-vehicle accident in which his Range Rover veered onto the driver’s side.
“Specifically, the State of Florida subpoena will request copies of any and all prescription medications on file for Eldrick T. Woods… to include the date and time the prescription was filled, the type of prescription, the number of pills in each prescription, the dosage amount, any special instructions on how to take the medication, the date of the next refill, all warnings including, but not limited to, operating a motor vehicle while taking the prescription since January 1 2026 until March 27, 2026 in Lewis Pharmacy,” the court file reads.

Woods returned “triple zeros” on a breathalyzer, but still underwent testing due to his “lethargic” movements and other signs of deterioration, authorities said.
Woods told authorities before field sobriety tests that he underwent seven back surgeries and “more than 20 leg surgeries.” He told authorities he “takes some” prescription medications. In 2021, he suffered an accident that caused serious leg injuries that kept him off the golf course throughout the year.
He also mentioned that his ankle was fused and he walks with a limp due to the injuries. Due to the nature of his injuries, authorities forced him to perform the exercises sitting down.
Woods participated in four drills before an officer handcuffed him. The officer stated that she believed Woods was under an “unknown substance.”

It was the second time Woods was arrested for driving under the influence. He had been arrested in 2017.
Woods announced earlier this week that he would “seek treatment,” giving up on returning to the golf course for the time being.
“I know and understand the severity of the situation I find myself in today. I will be stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary to prioritize my well-being and work toward a lasting recovery,” Woods said in a statement posted to social media Tuesday.

“I am committed to taking the time necessary to return to a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and I ask for privacy for my family, loved ones, and myself at this time.”
Woods was granted permission on April 1 to travel out of the country “to begin comprehensive impatience treatment.”
Woods was charged with driving under the influence, property damage, refusal to submit to testing and reckless driving. He pleaded not guilty and waived his charge, demanding a jury trial.
