The Pakistan Navy has rescued eight fishermen aboard a fishing boat stranded south of Jiwani in Baluchistan, Radio Pakistan reported. A fishing boat called “Al-Qadri”, which transported fishermen from Baluchistan, was stranded in the sea due to the engine failure. According to a spokesman for the Pakistan Navy, fishermen aboard the boat sent radio calls to get help. A helicopter from the Marina de la Marina de Pakistan quickly came to the site of the incident and successfully rescued the eight fishermen on board.
