Workbooks, one of the best CRM suppliers, has announced the integration of advanced project management tools into its CRM platform. With this latest incorporation, the company aims to help companies experience optimized workflows, better resources allocation and optimize income monitoring.
In a press release shared with Techradar Yesterday, the workbooks explained how project management tools allow companies to simplify project and tasks (things such as assigning budgets, monitoring efforts or monitoring of progress), optimizing equipment efficiency (seeing the Availability of resources and thus balance workloads for maximum productivity) and improve financial supervision (allowing companies to monitor projected monthly income).
The work books will offer two project management levels for newcomers: Project Management and Project Management Pro.
Core will offer functionalities such as the creation and monitoring of tasks, the allocation of resources and budgets, customizable panels and real -time reports.
The PRO level will include several companies, multiple currency documents and improved security measures.
Address commercial challenges
Existing clients will obtain the complement of advanced projects, which will offer “perfect integration” in current licenses, making sure that companies can climb the capabilities while maintaining the efficiency of the profitable ones.

Roche says that the first users are already seeing a “significant commercial benefit”, and adds that the company is seeing “a strong interest from other clients and perspectives.”
According to the company’s website data, Workbooks serves more than 1,400 average market customers in 30 different countries. He uses approximately 80 people and has an estimated annual income of $ 11.3 million.
