- The bar has now been seen in a Galaxy A06 5G leak
- Suggests that the cheapest and older phones will obtain the function
- The bar now shows live information on the lock screen
One of our favorite features in an UI 7 (that is the Samsung version of Android 15) is the bar now, a lock screen widget for live updates, and it seems that Samsung plans to launch the function beyond its smartphones insignia.
We have already seen the bar now at the Samsung Galaxy S25 and beta in the Samsung Galaxy S24, but Sammobile’s team has found evidence that it also goes to the Samsung Galaxy A06 5G more affordable.
This comes through filtered specifications and promotional material for the affordable phone, which mentions the bar now as one of the updates. This will be the follow -up of the Galaxy A06 LTE phone that was launched last year.
That is reassuring for those with samsung budget or medium range phones: the Galaxy A06 5G is expected to be an entrance level phone, so if you can administer show the bar now on the screen, most of the current Samsung devices and Futures should also power.
A 7 and more UI phone
The Now Bar borrows some of the ideas introduced by the dynamic island in iOS, which also shows information such as live sports scores, delivery updates and more, anything in which you want constant and real -time updates.
It joins a large number of other new features introduced with an IU 7, including writing assistance, better security protections and a design review that introduces a more modern and receptive interface.
However, although the Now bar seems ready for all Galaxy phones online for an UI 7, you can’t say the same thing about everything else. The now brief feature, which uses the useful information for the surface as it needs, does not reach the oldest phones (through GSMARENA).
Then there is the problem of an UI 7 in itself that is implemented more widely. All future Galaxy phones, including the Galaxy A06 5G, should come with the software on board, but if you have a phone released before 2025, you could be waiting for a while.
