The Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) on Tuesday to the authorities that stopped the illegal commercial constructions in the playground of the E-11 sector and restored it to its original condition.
The bank of a single IHC member comprising Judge Muhammad Asif heard a request against illegal constructions in the E-11 playground. The petition was moved by the residents of E-11 against the invasion and illegal constructions.
The lawyer Kashif Ali Malik said that a situation of law and order has been created in the area due to illegal constructions by the occupants.
After listening to the lawyer’s arguments, the court issued the order.
