King Charles, Princess Anne and Queen Camilla held a crucial meeting at Buckingham Palace while recognizing humanitarian efforts worldwide.
According to the Royal Family, in the Buckingham Palace, the King and the Queen, united by the Royal Princess and the Duke and the Duchess of Gloucester, welcomed exceptional individuals and organizations that contribute to humanitarian efforts worldwide.
The reception also marked the anniversaries of four global beneficial organizations.
During the reception, King Charles and Queen Camilla, and the guests had the opportunity to see exhibitions on the work of the four humanitarian organizations, as well as see stories of volunteers who work with organizations.
The King and Queen also saw a collection of images of the Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC) sent to the King for World Humanitarian Day in August 2024.
At the beginning of the week, King Charles also granted the first humanitarian medals in Buckingham Palace.
