Prince Harry left royal fans stunned when he made a surprise appearance at the Summit in advance in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The Duke of Sussex went to a risk capitalist audience on the importance of investing in a shared future to address social divisions.
Harry talked about his commitment to help others while drawing his real background and military service.
“I am here to talk about something that I think resonates with all of you as leaders, creators, builders and masters of changes: how do we invest in our shared future to solve the challenges we face today as a divided society?” Said Meghan Markle’s husband.
“As a dad, this makes me look for solutions constantly,” added the Duke.
“As a man who was born in a life life, I recognize him with power and a platform comes responsibility.”
Recognizing his real education, the father of two pointed out that he gave him a unique apolitical perspective of most subjects.
He said: “I am not one to be caught in the division between the left or right views, not cornered by a belief in blue or red.”
Pointing out his lack of political affiliation, Harry joked: “Demons, they have never allowed me to vote!”
“From my institutional role traveling around the world to my decade of homework in the army, I saw the power to serve others first hand,” he continued.
“My personal experiences abroad taught me that when you put others first, you build stronger and sustainable systems.”
