Just one day after his retirement as an additional (judicial) registrar, Nazar Abbas was re-employed as general director (judicial wing), a BPS-21 position, in the Supreme Court with a six-month contract.

The Wing Post Judicial DG has been created for the first time in the Apex court.

Last month, a Bank of two Judge of the Supreme Court had withdrawn a notice of contempt issued to the member of the Superior Personnel for not solving a case with respect to the jurisdiction of regular banks.

The basic payment of Abbas will be set at BPS-21 at the last salary stage, including the personal salary to which he was entitled on the retirement date. All assignments will be admissible for their class of servants under the rules of the federal government and the Supreme Court from time to time, in addition to all ad hoc repairs. The same will apply to its leaves.

Abbas’ full use would be available to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. It may be used in any way required by the appropriate authority without additional remuneration claim. At all times, it will obey the rules prescribed at the moment for the regulation of the service in the table to which the position belongs, in which it has been used.

According to a notification, Abbas will be entitled to a 1300cc car, with a 270 -liter monthly poly ceiling. You can carry a car outside the municipal limits of Islamabad subject to the condition that the fuel roof does not exceed. In case you do not take advantage of transport, you will be entitled to monetization to which other federal government servers in your class are entitled.

Will be entitled to the same installation of residence accommodation owned by the government or hired that is admissible for the person of the corresponding Supreme Service/Court.

With respect to all other issues not specified in this contract, the rules/regulations will apply as appropriate to the Federal Establishment of Public Officials/Supreme Court. The notification has been issued with the approval of the president of the president of Pakistan Yahya Afridi.

It is known that there was a sense of uncertainty that prevailed among the permanent employees of the Apex court with respect to replacements.

Several retired officers have been appointed in key positions and most of them belonged to Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) from where the CJP Aphridi also comes.

The SC Muhammad Salem Khan registrar is a retired officer. The secretaries of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan and the Supreme Judicial of Pakistan are also retired officers. Both publications are recreated after Judge Afridi made the oath as the CJP.
