Microsoft has presented a lot of new AI agents aimed at supporting sellers in their search to chase the leads and close agreements as never before.
The company has announced two new agents and a new accelerator program, all aimed at helping sales as the increase in AI agents continues.
“Our ambition is to empower each employee with a co -pilot and transform all commercial processes with agents,” said Jared Spataro, marketing director, AI at work. “Today we announce two new agents that apply this ambition to sales, the income engine for each business, and can be used in the work flow.”
Microsoft sales ia agents
First is the sales agent, which according to Microsoft can help “convert contacts into qualified potential customers”, automating the process of development of potential customers and customer reaching.
The agent can work autonomously all day (and night) investigating potential customers, configure meetings and even communicate with customers using the existing CRM configuration of a company together with the company’s data (such as price sheets), as well as Microsoft 365 data, such as electronic emails and meetings notes to ensure that each message is precise. Microsoft says that for some low impact cables, it can even complete a sale.
Similarly, the new sales chat seems to make sales faster, which gives employees access to customer ideas much faster and easier.
Using natural language indications, the agent offers sales representatives for processable conclusions of CRM data, tone mallets, meetings, emails and the web, so that they can spend less time investigating and more time selling
Both agents can adjust to the particular needs of each organization, and can be accessed in the co -pilot and co -pilot chat of Microsoft 365, as well as connect to both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, which means that sellers can do deals without opening their CRM.
Finally, Microsoft AI Accelerator for Sales, available from April 1, 2025, provides members accessing the latest products and services of the company, together with access to experts in AI in Microsoft to help customers emigrate from Legacy CRM systems and help with the adoption of the seller, in addition to “premium support” and fine adjustment of agents even for unique commercial needs.
