Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appreciated the authorities and officials of the Federal Research Agency (FIA) on Sunday and the Intelligence Office (IB) for catching the leader of a noticeable gang involved in human trafficking.

During a meeting with the authorities and officials of the FIA ​​and IB in the presence of ministers and Secretary of the Interior, and broadcast live in national television channels, the prime minister expressed the hope that with the implacable and worthy efforts made by these agencies, the unpleasant practice of people traffic would end forever.

He noticed with appreciation the arrest of Usman Jajja involved in numerous cases of human trafficking, saying: “The black business of trafficking in people has gained bad name for Pakistan, while several nationals lost their lives in the boats dump of incidents near Italy and Morrucco, which also created great shame for the country abroad.”

The prime minister said that he convened a meeting with all the authorities and officers to convey the appreciation for his part and on behalf of the Government and the people.

The Premier ordered the agencies to further intensify operations against people traffickers.

He also urged the authorities and officers to gird their backs and raise the name of the country by fulfilling their official responsibilities with dedication.

The prime minister also granted shields and appreciation checks to different officials who participated in the operations to burst to the gangs.

He awarded cash prizes worth RS1 million each to the officials who were part of the operation against the gang.

The leader of the Pandilla Jajja, Usman, is one of the characters mainly responsible for the death of the Pakistani in the accident of Greece on the ship last year.

During the meeting, the Minister of State of the Interior Talal Chaudhry and the Internal Secretary informed the prime minister about the performance of the agencies.

The director of the FIA ​​and the IB General also informed the Prime Minister about the arrest of leaders, operators and facilitators of gang involved in human trafficking.
