Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the armed forces of Pakistan for his rapid military response to an Indian air attack, stating that Pakistan’s Air Force turned a “dark night” into a “illuminated moon” by taking reprisals against the incursion attempt, said Express News.

Speaking during a session of the National Assembly, Prime Minister Shehbaz accused India of launching a cross -border attack on the cover of darkness, similar to what he described as previous “coward” efforts.

“The enemy state of India once again tried to attack Pakistan in the dark of the night,” the prime minister told legislators. “But Pakistan’s army responded fiercely, turning that dark night into the moon.”

Prime Minister Shehbaz confirmed that Indian combat aircraft attacked areas in Azad Jammu and Kashmira, including near Sialkot, and said 80 Indian airplanes were involved. He affirmed that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) responded immediately and demolished five Indian planes.

“Our eagles were on full alert,” he said. “As soon as the Indian airplanes fell useful charges, our eagles fasted and demolished five planes. Pakistan won a great honor.”

The prime minister said that those who affirmed that we had been left behind in the conventional war should have turned in their senses now. “We melted five jets, it could have been ten, but our hawks acted with caution,” said Prime Minister.

He also extended condolences to the families of civilians killed in the Indian air attack, stating that women, children and men were among the martyrs. A prayer was performed in Parliament for the souls of the murdered.

The prime minister revealed that the Indian strike followed a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, in Jammu and Cashmira illegal Indian (Iiojk), so New Delhi blamed Pakistan in a matter of minutes.

“The FIR was recorded in ten minutes, and Pakistan was bombarded with accusations,” he said. “We offered an international commission to investigate the Pahalgam incident.”

He also referred to an anterior terrorist kidnapping of Jaffer Express, stating that undeniable evidence linked the attackers with India.

Prime Minister Shehbaz praised military preparation and greeted the air chief Zaheer Babar on behalf of the nation. He made fun of India’s pride in his French -made rafale aircraft, stating that wars are not won with solo weapons.

“India bought Rafale Jets and is proud of them,” said Prime Minister Shehbaz. “But the enemy faces intelligence and courage.”

Asking for political unity, the prime minister urged the leaders of the opposition to sit down to speak, saying that this was the only way to build a strong and united Pakistan. “I am ready to meet with my colleagues and sit in Chambers,” he said. “This is the time to join and finish our differences.”

On Wednesday, the general director of Public Relations between Services (DG ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, confirmed that 26 civilians were martyred and another 46 wounded in Indian air attacks during the night aimed at multiple civil areas through Pakistan in what he called “Operation Sindoor.”
