Senators praise the victory of the Armed Forces over India


Islamabad:

The senators praised on Friday to the armed forces of Pakistan for giving an adequate response to the aggression of the enemy and condemned the “fascist and expansionist agenda” followed by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The house, which met here with President Sherry Rehman in La Silla, continued the discussion about the current tensions with India. During the session, Senator Dineh Kumar, which belongs to the Hindu community, announced a donation of RS5 million for the families of the martyrs.

At the beginning of the session, the opposition leader Shibli Faraaz del PTI complained against the legislators of the ruling party. He said the session had been called to discuss Indian aggression, but some senators talked against the PTI leader.

The parliamentary leader of PML-N, Irfan Siddiqui, while responding to Faraz’s objection, said no one should talk about any leader. He told the Chamber that on Three occasions during Thursday’s session, he prevented the senators from talking against anyone.

“Yesterday, I told my party member that we cannot speak on May 9, let’s talk only on May 10. It is not appropriate for us to insult the leaders in the camera,” he said. Siddiqui said that India was an enemy of democracy. “Modi has demonstrated the dire designs of the Indian people to attack Pakistan.”

He praised people to maintain unity. “Pakistan’s forces gave an adequate response to the enemy and India wonders how their planes were demolished. The most positive aspect of India’s aggression and the glorious victory of Pakistan is that we and the opposition are on the same page.”

Participating in a debate, Senator Ali Zafar said that the recent Indian aggression had once again demonstrated that Pakistan remained resistant, united and totally capable of defending his sovereignty against any form of aggression.

“China remained with us, and even the neutral states began to question the narrative of India and recognized the responsible behavior of Pakistan,” he added. He proposed a joint parliamentary committee to monitor water problems and guarantee national preparation in future conflicts.

Nasir Abbas said Modi was a fascist leader and the ‘Gujarat butcher’, whose policy was rooted in hatred and intolerance. “His failed attempts to crush the people of Kashmir and cause regional conflicts have failed,” he said. (With application entry)
