Islamabad: A crucial meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC), chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, began on Monday to evaluate the regional security situation in evolution, the sources said.

Speaking at the Huddle UNSC, Pakistan’s permanent representative before the UN IFTIKHHE urged the UN key body to “promote an urgent resource to dialogue and diplomacy” and urged all parties to adhere fully to international law to find a peaceful and lasting resolution to the Iranian nuclear issue.
