Finding that vital message to verify your work (or win an argument) in a Microsoft equipment chat should soon be easier than ever thanks to a new update.
The videoconference platform has revealed that it is working to add users’ ability to save messages in their conversations and chats.
This tool should mean that users no longer have to drag manually through long conversations to find the message they need, something that has definitely frustrated me in the past.

In a Microsoft 365 road map publication, the company pointed out how the new feature will allow users to “quickly return to important information without moving through long conversations.”
Users can save messages, cover not only publications, but also any response or message of chat, and be able to find them later in the view saved in their chat or equipment list.
Simply click on a saved message to open the complete conversation on the right panel, where you can check or respond directly to any message you choose.
The function appears as “in development”, but has a start date of programmed implementation of August 2025, so users do not have too much time to wait. When it is launched, it will be available for users around the world using equipment in Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
The launch is the last one of a series of recent improvements to the Microsoft equipment announced by the company, since it seeks to improve the experience for users.
This includes adding noise suppression for participants who mark a call, which should spend an end to the interruptions of calls potentially that is divided into ears, or participants who are sorden by the background noise of another person in the call.
The platform also revealed that it is implementing the “improved spelling corrector”, giving users the tools to ensure that their messages are as precise as possible.
He also recently announced that he would add an adjustment to allow several people to control the slides that are presented at a meeting or call.
Users can also finally minimize or reduce the size of the notifications of the equipment, which means that they are safe that the emerging windows that distract accelerate the corner of their eye when they work.
