A new Mysterious Chatgpt mode has appeared in some accounts this week, since many ask the question: what is “studying together”?
The new “Study Together” mode is available in the drop -down menu “tools” in some accounts, although it is not clear exactly what the new mode does.

It is not clear how Operai has selected users for this test, as in the same Reddit thread that discusses the new mode, there is a variety of positive accounts and free users who can use “study together.”

There is no information on when the public “studies” will be made available to the public for the general public, but taking into account the positive response of the testers so far, we could obtain access to the mysterious new Chatgpt mode early later.
Last month, Sam Altman hinted that GPT-5 arrived during the summer months of the western hemisphere, and “studying together” could be part of that launch.
With a new school year approaching quickly, Openai will want to launch “study together” for all students just in time for the next academic semester. That said, AI is an excellent learning tool in general, so it is not discouraged by this next characteristic exclusively because it sounds aimed at students.
“Studying together” could transform the way many of us use AI, especially if the way Chatgpt will interrogate him on the subject helps cementing information in his brain. For my part, I love learning about new things on a regular basis, so I can’t wait to try this new tool.
