The field marshal previously hinted at problems in his personal life during an interview in the “Pat McAfee show” in April, as a reason why he had not signed with a team.
“I have a couple of people in my internal internal circle that are fighting some difficult things,” Rodgers said. “So, I have many things that are caught my attention and since the beginning of January far from football. That’s where I have been focusing most of my attention.”

Multiple reports have linked Rodgers with the Pittsburgh Steelers, who currently have a field marshal opening after losing Russell Wilson and Justin Fields this low season and choosing not choosing a upper field marshal prospect in this year’s NFL draft.
Rodgers recently visited the Steelers facilities, and multiple points of sale reported that he met with the team’s coaching staff. However, Rodgers has not yet decided if he will continue his career in the NFL in 2025 or will move away from the game all together, since he has not ruled out retirement.
The journalist Ian O’Conner, who recently wrote the biography of Rodgers “Out of the Darkness: The Mystery of Aaron Rodgers,” he said that Quarterback is likely to end in Pittsburgh.

“I simply think verbally, behind the scene, it is not that it guarantees it, but it is told [the Steelers]’Listen, I’m going to play for you. I simply do not want to go there and then lose part of the mandatory mini -family due to my personal problems. I am quite sure that they will be resolved at the end of May, at least in my satisfaction where I can give you everything. So that’s where I think he is, “O’Connor said during a recent appearance in 93.7 The fan.
O’Conner described the Steelers as the “perfect place” for Rodgers to end their historical history.
“He knows that it was a shame in New York to a large extent, and he is the face of that shame,” O’Connor said. “Whether or not, that is the case. It can be me as optimistic, but I think this will work. Do I think the Steelers will win the Super Bowl next year?
