The annual summer soccer camps in Colorado started last week, but the chief coach Deion Sanders was far from the team.
Sanders, 57, is dealing with an un specified health problem and has been in its heritage in Texas, according to USA Today.
Sanders’ eldest son, Deion Jr., said he wasn’t sure when his father would return to Colorado.

“When we return to Boulder, I don’t know,” said Deion Jr. in a live YouTube broadcast of the farm in Canyon, Texas, Sunday. “I’m waiting until my dad leaves. When he leaves, then I’ll leave. Until then, I’m going to sit here with him.”
Deion Jr. said his father was “feeling good.”

“He will tell everyone soon what happened, for what happened,” said Deion Jr.
Colorado University told Pak Gazette Digital that he has no comments on Sanders’ health problem at this time.
Sanders indicated that he had been dealing with a health problem in May, when he revealed in the podcast of former NFL corner Asante Samuel who lost 14 pounds. In that appearance, Sanders said that what he was trying was “at this time is at another level.”

The Colorado coach has addressed some serious health problems in recent years. In 2021, he had two fingers on the left amputated foot due to the blood clots that emerged from anterior surgery.
The member of the Hall of Fame of Professional Soccer underwent surgery in 2023 to relieve blood clots on both legs.
Colorado finished 9-4 in the second season of Sanders as a chief coach in 2024. Colorado begins his 2025 season against Georgia Tech on August 29.
