Umar Hayat has denied the charges in the case of murder of healthy Yousaf on Saturday (today) and declared himself innocent of the hearing in the district court and additional sessions in Islamabad.
The case was formally to trial today and was heard by Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka.

Healthy Yousaf, a 17-year-old Tiktoker, was shot dead in Islamabad’s G-13 sector in June. According to the police, he was shot at a short distance inside his home. According to the reports, the murderer entered the house, opened fire and then fled the scene. There had been a case of murder against the accused, Umar Hayat, at the Sumbal Police station.
The charges against the accused include murder and outburst the victim’s mobile phone. “You have been accused of killing healthy Yousaf, what do you have to say?” The judge asked the defendant.
“I have not committed any crime of this type. All this is false,” said the defendant Umar Hayat
When asked what he begged in the charges of snatching on the phone, the defendant replied that all the charges imposed against him are false and begged his innocence.

The case of the murder of Sana Yousuf has formally begun the trial, and the witnesses are called to the next hearing. The Court has postponed the hearing until September 25, and a sheet of charges has been written with the court formally framing the charges.
Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka presided over the last hearing on September 13, where Hayat was produced in the Court and received copies from the Challan Police. According to the researchers, Hayat has confessed to shoot Yosaf inside his home.
