Tomorrow (September 28) is National Coffee Day, and to celebrate, AeroPress has just launched two new versions of its portable coffee maker. The new Premium White and Premium Black editions are now available from Williams Sonoma, and directly from AeroPress.
Although I spend hours every week testing the best coffee growers of large brands such as De’lonchi and Breville, full of features such as automatic infusion, rapid elaboration and the quality of professional quality, the classic Aeropress remains one of my reference options when I want to prepare a cup in a hurry. It is also one of my favorite camp coffee makers because it is very light and fast.
If it is not familiar with him, the AeroPress is an operated coffee beer who uses the air pressure for extraction. Simply add a small filter paper and its coffee, pour hot water, then push through the plunger once it is infused to your liking.
Depending on the coffee ratio with water, you can create a drink similar to the French press or the espresso, or use cold water to make coffee with cold infusion for drinks and frozen cocktails (just be sure to stir it vigorously before falling to get the best taste).
Delicious coffee for less
The Premium AeroPress is a more elegant version of the original, made with glass, stainless steel and aluminum instead of plastic. It is free of BPA and has a capacity of 10pz (enough to make one or two cups, depending on the coffee style you choose).
There is no need to worry about breakage or heat: the coffee body is made of double wall borosilicate glass to obtain strength and insulation, keeping hot coffee and fresh hands.
Tempted? At this time, AeroPress also offers a 10% discount on all its premium coffee makers, including new black and white models, plus original silver. See the official website for more details.
