Ally Lewber has confirmed her split from James Kennedy following his recent arrest for domestic violence.
The 28-year-old shared the news via Instagram Stories on Thursday, just hours after it was revealed that Kennedy would not face charges related to the Dec. 11 incident.
In her emotional statement, Lewber wrote: “Thank you for all your support and kindness. I am happy that prosecutors decided not to file a lawsuit against James because I never wanted to pursue criminal charges. We had an argument outside his home regarding him returning to drink; however, I suffered no physical harm.”
