- Amazon has sent invitations for a great hardware launch
- It will take place on September 30 in New York, USA.
- The teaser suggests that we will see new echo speakers, Kindles and more
Amazon has just announced its own Apple style event by the end of this month, where we will probably see New Echo Smart Speakers, Echo Bud Earphones, a new Kindle and more.
The launch will take place on September 30 in New York City with exact times that will be confirmed. But the invitation (above) has given us some good advice on the new products that we will probably see revealed.
The last great consumption event of Amazon was for its new Alexa+ subscription service on February 26 and this September launch will probably give us several new hardware bits that will play well with their renewed voice assistant.
So what do you have in the Amazon store exactly? We have executed our magnifying glass on the previous invitation to give our best assumptions below.
Dissected Amazon invitation: what to expect
1. A new Amazon Echo Studio Smart Speaker
The upper right quadrant of Amazon’s invitation is very similar to an intelligent speaker, possibly a new Amazon Echo study. This would be an update for a long time; The original Echo Studio was launched in 2022, and although it still has a place in our summary of the best smart speakers, there is a lot of space to improve.
The main point of sale of this speaker will probably be Alexa+. The wizard of AI took months to reach the Echo Show devices, but hopefully Amazon has solved the problems and Alexa+ will be available in the new study from day one.
This will require a great update to the speaker silicon, and I also hope that this results in an improved 3D audio, which was a fairly mixed bag with the original study.
2. A new color Kindle
This segment of the hand of the invitation to the right is easily the most direct part of the teaser, which shows what seems to be some type of new color Kindle.
With the Kindle Colorsooft in nature (and some early initial problems with its solved screen) it is time for Amazon to expand its color line, so a new model makes a lot of sense.
It can be just the perspective, but the screen seems bigger than that of colors colors, with much thinner bevels in our eyes, closer to the appearance of the existing Kindle Scribe.
The text sliding in the corner of the image is also interesting: “With the […] blow of a pen. ”
We will have to wait and see if the scribe is about to obtain a colorful update, but it is our strongest prediction at this time.
3. Some new Brots of Amazon Echo (2025)
It makes sense: the original outbreaks of Amazon Echo landed in 2019; The second generation was established in 2021; The most recent Amazon Echo Buds (2023) reached the shelves in (you guessed) 2023 and here we are, in 2025.
To date, Amazon Buds products have proven to be solid but not very spectacular under intense review, winning four stars and not a half more star in the six years since they joined the market.
What you need to change: if in fact this is the brilliant upper plate of a fourth generation. Headset that we see before us? Well, the price label has never been a problem, but more energy and impact through the bass would be our main application; The less complicated ear controls would be second.
Ah, and active noise cancellation is really becoming essential in 2025, so it would be the third.
Another thought: Is hands free the USP headset once? Not with Chatgpt available on the most affordable headphones of Nothing Nothing, in addition to Gemini that reaches Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, with more Samsung and Sony headphones to follow, we would bet. So, it will be interesting to see how Amazon goes …
4. New Amazon Fire TVs or a fire table
The lower left corner of the invitation shows a screen or TV screen with a bezel, which suggests a couple of possibilities.
Most likely, Amazon is preparing a new range of fire televisions. His alignment currently has some options, directed by the Amazon Fire TV Omni Qled (which our review described “one of the cheap 4K televisions better and better that you can buy” when he landed in 2023).
Under that is the FIRE TV 4 series and the Input Level 2 Series, which also arrived in 2023. Our 32 -inch series 2 -inch review of Amazon Fire TV did not sing exactly its praise, but concluded that it is a “functional TV at an economic price.”
Beyond televisions, we could get a new fire table, although this seems less likely. Last month, some convincing rumors predicted that Amazon was planning to renew its range of fire tablets replacing the Fire OS operating system with Android. That would be a big problem, but PakGazette’ rumor suggested that this would not happen until 2026.
The final possibility of Fire TV is, of course, new Palitos de Fire TV. Earlier this year, rumors predicted that Amazon could change to a new operating system (Vega OS) for its small transmission sticks in 2025, which would probably be controversial. It is still not clear if that also means new hardware, but we will probably discover it at the Amazon event.
5. Some surprises – echo Fraames and echo Auto 3?
Beyond the new Eco, Buds, Kindles and Fire TV Hardware speakers, Amazon has a range of other technologies that remains over low heat: could any of these update in its September 30 event?
The Amazon Echo Auto 2, a microphone in the car that allows him to speak with Alexa, landed in 2022 and is not available now, so an update has long been updating. Could Amazon prepare a version that runs your new Alexa+assistant?
It is also likely that it is a great week for smart glasses, with Connect 2025 finish starting on September 17. Could Amazon respond with an update of your Amazon Echo frames (Gen 3), which have been placed in our guide to the best smart glasses?
Amazon hardware events have traditionally been a snowstorm of new ads, so all of the above is possible. We will bring all the news live, so be sure to return to Techradar in a couple of weeks for the complete summary.
