Amnesty for housing schemes probably

Punjab Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has said that the housing schemes that have been built must be regularly as possible according to the law.

By chairing a meeting to discuss proposals on the regularization of illegal housing societies in the province, he said that government departments were equally responsible for the establishment of such schemes, but the citizens who bought the property were punished. She added: “Why did the relevant institutions turn a blind eye when illegal housing societies were built?

The main minister ordered the interested authorities to abolish the requirement of unnecessary non -objection certificates (NOC) for the registration of housing societies.

She agreed to form a high -level committee for the regularization of illegal housing schemes.

He also ordered the authorities to take measures to digitize the housing sector in the province for the first time. “A management system of the Housing Society must be introduced. The approval, management and transfer of the housing society will be made possible online. Noc rates will also be paid online after loading the required documents,” he added.

Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz said that the development and management of schemes would also be guaranteed through the management system.

She considered several options to design infallible methods for the development and management of housing societies. She pointed out: “According to the rules and regulations, housing schemes should be considered for amnesty once.”
