The French luxury audio brand Ellipson has announced two new active speakers in its Horus range: the BT Horus 6B Active shelf speaker and the Horus 11F Active BT BT Floorstander.
Both speaker sets have a 50W stereo amplification incorporated, a “sophisticated” serious reflex system, 130 mm fiberglass fluine controllers and neodymium tiles of 25 mm silk neodymium tiles

The Active Horus 6B speakers have a USB audio connection for PC or MAC that offers plug -in audio and player up to 24 bits/96 kHz, and also have a mobile magnet phonus input (mm) for their rotating plate so that it can connect it without also need to need a preampler.
Both speakers also have HDMI arc for a TV, coaxial and optical (24 bits/192khz) and Bluetooth 5.0 with APTX HD.
The frequency response is 40Hz to 20,000Hz for the Floor Horus 11F Active BT and 55Hz to 22,000Hz for the Horus 6B Active BT shelf.
The shelf speakers are now available and the floors will go on sale at the beginning of October 2025. The recommended retail price is £ 399 (around $ 530 / AU $ 840) for the Horus 6B Active BT and £ 899 (approximately $ 1,200 / au $ 1,880) for the Horus 11F Active BT.
