- Anker Prime coupling station includes HDMI and Displayport support for triple external monitors
- BRING 140W USB-C USB-C for host device connections
- Offers three 100W USB-C ports with varied transfer speeds
Anker has entered the Prime coupling station, a desktop accessory built to connect multiple devices and screens.
This device has a wide range of ports with a digital screen and a control knob, elements that are not commonly found in coupling stations.
The coupling station is marketed as a “14-IN-1” device, which offers TF and TF cards oriented to the front along with a 3.5 mm audio connector.
Ports and design
Also at the front, there are three USB-C ports classified at 100W that provide fast charging and data transfer, with two executed at 10 Gbps and one to 5 Gbps.
Above these is a compact digital screen of 2.1 by 0.9 inches that can show load information or serve as a clock.
A knob mounted on the side allows users to ride a bicycle among the different visualization modes, which makes this feature more interactive than the average spring.
In the rear, the coupling station connects to the host device through a USB-C port of 140 W above that supports 10 Gbps.
Other inputs include an Ethernet port of 2.5 Gbps and several USB-A ports with 480MBPS or 5 Gbps speeds.
For external screens, a Pants allow the output to 8K and 60Hz, while two HDMI ports provide 8K to 30Hz.
These connections are admitted through Displaylink, which can help expand compatibility, but could also affect performance in some cases.
This device comes with a dark gray metallic finish that aims to balance professional aesthetics durability.
It measures 7.7 inches long, 3.6 inches wide and 1.9 inches high, translating approximately 195 x 92 x 48 millimeters.
While it is compact compared to some work station centers, it is still larger than most travel options.
The inclusion of a small screen and a physical knob visually distinguish it, although it remains to be seen if these elements provide a real world value beyond the novel attractiveness.
This device appeared in IFA 2025 and has been launched in the United States, China and now in Europe.
In Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, the accessory is available through Amazon with € 349.99, but in the United Kingdom, it is sold on the Anker website for £ 299.99.
