- Anker reveals the Nebula X1 4K projector
- The characteristics include 4K resolution, Dolby Vision HDR support and 3,500 ANSI Lumens
- The X1 is promoted as an ‘outdoor projector’
Anker has revealed the last 4K projector in his Nebula range, the X1.
Anker, manufacturers of some of the best projectors, such as Anker Nebula Mars 3, says that the X1 is its highest performance projector so far. The X1 follows the steps of the Anker Cosmos range, which has delivered some of the best portable projectors, including the Anker Nebula Cosmos Laser 4K.
The 4K-Resolution X1 uses a triple RGB laser light engine and is said to deliver 3,500 ANSI lumens. It is able to show images of up to 300 inches of size and its Nebulamaster technology is configured to offer a native 5000: 1 contrast ratio and a dynamic contrast ratio of 56,000: 1. Anker says it is the “perfect projector for the backyard for diurnal and nocturnal use.”
The X1 has four internal side shooting speakers with a total of 40 W, and a pair of separate wireless speakers is an available option. These speakers have 8 hours of battery and are USB-C rechargeable.
As an aggregate audio function, the incorporated speakers of the X1 can be changed to the subwoofer mode when combined with wireless speakers, creating an audio system of 4.1.2 channels.
From a design perspective, the X1 can bow up to 25 degrees, allowing easy placement on a wall, table or floor. It also has a spatial adaptation of AI, which uses real -time automatic approach, automatic Keystone, automobile optical zoom and automatic screen adjustment. There is a built -in micro gimbal for additional adaptability, and comes with a transport handle for easy portability.
The X1 will also admit Wi-Fi transmission with built-in Google TV to access the best transmission services such as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney Plus.
Another new feature is its liquid cooling system, which Anker says that it will limit the fan noise to 26DB (at a distance of 1 m).
Anker Nebula X1 will be available as of May 21, from $ 2,199.99 / £ 2,199.99 (approximately $ 4,595 directly converted). An accessory package, with the two wireless speakers, a hauling box and two wireless microphones designed with karaoke in mind, is available for $ 999.99 / £ 499.99 ($ 667 / AU $ 1,042 directly converted). Both will be on sale at Amazon and Nebula in the United States and Nebula in the United Kingdom.
The best summer projector?
The head of the Anker’s launch of The X1 is that it is perfect for the day or the outdoor night, its shine of 3,500 lumens anxi puts it in the same category as the tastes of Samsung Premier 9 and Epson QB100, which we classify as “super sorcerer.”
Although the X1 seems to be super brilliant, even the best and most brilliant 4K projectors can still have difficulty seeing the outdoor day, since the lumens required to project a decent image in more brilliant visualization conditions can be a real challenge.
However, 3,500 Ansi lumens are in fact very bright, and with the additional benefit of Dolby Vision HDR, the X1 could produce images bright enough for outdoor visualization.
It is true that it is not a cheap projector, but compared to other portable projectors with similar specifications, such as JMGO N1S Ultra 4K, it has a competitive price for what it offers.
With the visualization specifications listed and the option for an audio update, plus two wireless microphones for any person who likes a little karaoke after their movie night, Nebula X1 could really be the best film package of portable and outdoor projectors film. I will be anxious to put it in my hands and see how it is doing.
