Caitlin Clark spent part of his low season in the golf course, associating with Nelly Korda and Annika Sorestam in a Pro-Am in Pelican Golf Club in November.
Indiana Fever’s star played the nine strikers with Korda and the nine rear with Sisteram. Clark had joked after the team was eliminated from the playoffs that she would take golf, and probably did not expect to reach the field with a legend like Sorestam.

In a recent interview with Pak Gazette Digital, Sorestam remembered having played with Clark in the golf course and said it was a “bigger fan” after meeting the young basketball player.
“It’s great, obviously, I’m a great admirer, and a bigger fan after meeting her and spending some time, a great very concentrated athlete, understands when you have a task to do it,” he said. “Obviously he has a little golf background, so he is familiar with sport and understands him to have culture and have the tradition a bit.
“No, it is great to bring new people to the sport, get excited and to walk and share stories. To be anything, I was in college, it was a professional, how to do this or that, exercising, there are many things we have in common. It is always fun to listen to other successful athletes or people to choose their brands. He simply felt very mature and the earth in a way.” “

Clark said at a leadership summit connected to the pro-AM in November that he tries to practice as much as he can.
“I have tried to take all the time I can to practice, but there is only so much hope. You simply cross your fingers, he says,” he said at that time. “No, I have practiced a little and I only had the appointment of becoming a professional golfist. Everyone thought I was serious. I did not talk seriously. I love it. I love being outside and making it competitive with my friends.

Sorestam is preparing to participate in the American Century Championship, which takes place at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Club next month. The festivities begin on July 9 and extend until July 13.
