Bannu:
Another case of polyomyelitis in the Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been confirmed, which makes it the third reported from the province and the national eighth so far this year.
Confirmation occurs in the midst of the second national antipolium campaign in the country of the country, which is currently in progress from April 21 to April 27.
The campaign aims to manage oral polio vaccines at 45.4 million children under five years old throughout Pakistan.
According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), another campaign at the national level will continue from May 26 to June 1 as part of the continuous efforts to eradicate the virus.
