Islamabad:
The judges sitting at the Constitutional Bank (CB) to find out about the review appeals against the decision of the Apex court regarding the case of the reserved seats observed on Tuesday that there was no bar in the nomination of the judges, nor was there any fixed number of the judges in the bank.
A CB of 11 members, headed by Judge Aminuddin Khan, heard the review appeals against the decision of July 12, 2024 of the Supreme Court, which assigned the seats reserved in the National Assembly and the provincial assemblies to the PTI.
Earlier this month, a CB of 13 members admitted to listen to the replicas of review with 11-2 majority decision.
