The 30th season of Major League Soccer is about to start, and thanks to the Association of the League with Apple, you can transmit each game without blackouts through a MLS season pass subscription in Apple TV, one of the best services of transmission around.

In addition, to recognize the anniversary season beyond debuting a new program and promoting the crowd with a new documentary, Apple is taking a pen to its logo, a very rare fact. Apple is putting a new turn in the Apple TV logo, well, actually, 30 fresh turns, one for each team in Major League Soccer.

That means that Lionel Messi and his teammates at the Inter Miami CF show an Apple logo with a pink spots and zebra stripes, while Emil Forsberg of the Apple TV logo of the New York Red Bulls is a mixture of Gold, red and white. Each and every one of the players will show off the personalized Apple TV patch in the left sleeve of their player kits throughout the 2025 season. That is 30 recreations of the Apple logo, and Techradar spoke with Emeka Office, the global marketing chief Deportivo de Apple, about this personalized treatment.

“As we approached the 2025 season, we had been making a rain of ideas collectively on how to celebrate this historical season in a memorable way. The creative minds in Apple developed the concept, which felt authentic for the MLS and the association and like the perfect way to commemorate the milestone of the 30 season, ”explained Opodile. The nature as each one really captures the t -shirts, the logo and the general brand of each team. It leads to a colorful version of the Apple logo, which goes beyond the first days Rainbow Apple and even normally sent personalized invitations for a special Apple event.

In why now it was the right time to give a new turn to the logo, Offoile called the 30th anniversary and said: “We wanted to settle the incredible visual identity of each of the 30 clubs.” While individual designs were a collaboration between teams and Apple: “We worked in close collaboration to ensure that designs felt authentic for each club and feedback has been really positive,” Opodile explained.

For now, personalized patches are alone in players’ kits, which means that to detect them, you will need to see the players in the field, professional photography of the games or even players profile shots. We are sharing some of them in the gallery below. However, it would be good to see these personalized badges included in live broadcasts, and we asked Office about that or where Apple is thinking about including them.
