Metallica is reaching Vision Pro. The legendary thrash metal band known for its distinctive melodies and sharp knife letters are now contained within the mixed reality headphones of Apple $ 3,499.
The last immersive musical experience of Vision Pro is Metallica interpreting successes for a multitude of 65,000 fans in Mexico City. Apple filmed the band last year using 14 “Immersive Apple video cameras”, which can refer to the new Blackmagic Ursa Cine Immersive, an 8K double lens camera system of almost $ 30,000 specifically built to capture the vision pro content, but it could also not. We asked Apple for more details, but it would only reiterate that the cameras were “owners” and configured in multiple configurations.
In a release on the experience, Apple says that the immersive video of 180 degrees will put it on stage, providing “unprecedented access” to the members of the band James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo.
The cameras also settled behind the stage and within the legendary “Snake Pit”, a mosh-poit space for super fans in the middle of the concert stage.
Positioning all those 180 degree cameras on stage and around (some were on pulleys on stage, some were in Decote Dolleys) puts you in action since Metallica reminds you that “sleep with an open eye” Sandbox and encourages you to “hit your head against the stage like never before” in Lash.
They also play success OneBut the Vision Pro footage does not give access to the full concert of almost two hours.
For Metallica and Vision Pro fans, the new immersive video is good news. Even so, if he is a metallica fan without an expensive headset, he can, as of March 14, reserve a vision pro demonstration in his Local Apple Store, where Metallica will act act Lash.
Fade to black
Apple has been constantly building its immersive content library with short films such as the heartbreaking Submerged and animations/games like Marvel’s And if…? An immersive story.
These are convincing exhibitions of the formidable vision pro capacities. See a standard film about a sunk submarine differs from watching a 3D immersive experience in which it feels as if you were in Cebir with the Sub.
It is also quite memorable to stop almost nose to the nose with a tightrope walker that crosses an extension between two imposing rock buildings or ice diving with some intrepid Arctic explorers.

Attend
Each of these experiences is unforgettable in its own way, but one has the feeling that Apple is still struggling to connect with consumers on these devices.
$ 3,500 is a significant investment for a headset that will interrupt him mainly from those around him, without counting his site when he uses it.
Apple is clearly deeply invested in the Vision Pro Content ecosystem. Even so, no amount of convincing content or even Apple’s intelligence integration will convert pro vision into a must for consumers with liquidity problems. Apple probably need to reduce the price and hurry with the Alternative Vision Pro of lower cost.
Almost two years after Apple first presented the Vision Pro headphones, it is clear that if Apple does not do something, the bell can soon advance its immersive headphones.
