- Geforce de Nvidia now Ultimate Plan gets its great update on September 10
- It will be fed by the Blackwell RTX 5080 GPU, instead of RTX 4080
- This allows a resolution of up to 5k, or 360 fps games
The great NVIDIA update for its first -level GeForce Now Plan will arrive next week, September 10 to be precise.
It means that the final subscription level of the Game Transmission Service will be driven by a current generation RTX 5080 GPU, updated from RTX 4080, which is currently the engine behind this plan.
The movement (collected by The Verge) was previously announced by NVIDIA in Gamescom, and the good news is that the price will not change, and obviously obtain a much better performance for its games, or in fact graphics of higher quality.
You can choose to run the Ultimate package to a 5K resolution with 60 fps, or you can fill in a 1440p resolution to 240 fps, or 1080p at 360 fps.
With the games that admit the generation of multiple DLSS4 frames, you can also turn on the full lightning layout for an additional visual blow.
As noted, you can register at the Ultimate level with RTX 5080 for the same price as before, which is $ 20 / £ 20 / AU $ 27.50 per month. Those who are already subscribed will be automatically updated to obtain the benefit of the extra growl from RTX 5080 of September 10, as expected.
Nvidia also highlighted some high-profile games that have just arrived in Geforce now- Caballero Hollow: Silksong (Through Steam, which has been causing quite clamor), Hell are usand Cronos: The New Dawn (both in steam too).
Borderlands 4 and Mooring Light: The beast They also arrive at service later in September.
You can also play more games, thanks to the installation function to play, another update that will arrive in Geforce now. This allows players to install titles that have been registered with NVIDIA, but that are not yet completely implemented in the service, and expands the games library available to more than 4,500, NVIDIA informs us.
ANALYSIS: Implementing now
Previously, the RTX 4080 acquires the best limited subscription with 4K and 240 FPS resolution, so it is being driven at 5K and 360 fps such as the roof for GeForce Now players. (Note that to reach 360 fps you will need a screen that admits 360Hz).
We will have to see this new version of the upper level transmission experience in action before reaching any conclusion, but everything sounds promising, and it is great not to see any increase in Team Green prices.
However, keep in mind that Nvidia says the deployment From RTX 5080 in Geforce now starts from next week, so it will undoubtedly mean that it will take some regions for some time.
