Army staff general (COAS), Syed also Munir, is on an official visit to the United Kingdom to participate in the 7th Regional Stabilization Conference at the Dear Military Academy of Royal Sandhurst, said public relations between services on Wednesday (ISPR ).

During the visit, Coas will deliver the opening speech on “The emerging world order and the future perspectives of Pakistan”.

The stabilization conference serves as the main platform for the army dialogue to the army between Pakistan and the United Kingdom that is held annually to promote collaboration.

The event brings together a balanced representation of the policy formulators, both civil and military, as well as members of outstanding expert tanks of both nations.

This year’s conference has a particular meaning in the light of the geopolitical landscape in rapid evolution, providing an invaluable opportunity to exchange perspectives and explore the ways for improved bilateral cooperation.

On the opening day of his visit, General Syed also received a warm and worthy welcome, including a ceremonial guard of honor in the historic Royal Horse Guards Parade Ground, presented by an impeccably delivered contingent.

During their visit, COA will be involved with key members of the United Kingdom civil and military leadership to discuss matters of mutual interest. Their commitments will include meetings with ADM Toney Radikon, head of the United Kingdom Defense personnel, General Sir Roland Walker, Chief of the General Staff of the British Army, and Jonathan Nicholas Powell, National Security Advisor of the United Kingdom.

In addition, COAS will maintain discussions with Yvette Cooper, Secretary of the Interior, to address shared challenges and underline the importance of promoting deeper collaboration.
