Islamabad:
A Court of Responsibility (AC) canceled on Wednesday the non -financing arrest orders issued for the Commissioners (DC) of Islamabad and Haripur in the case of the housing scheme of the city of the bankers, while maintaining the order against the Rawalpindi DC.
In a separate case of embezzlement, a civil judge rejected a request to extend the physical return of the former Executive Director (CEO) of the District Education Authority (DEA) and a coacked cashier. Both were ordered to be sent to the Adiala jail in judicial prison.
Meanwhile, the civil judge Waqar Ahmed Sidhu rejected the request of the Anti -Corruption Establishment (ACE) of an extension of three days of the physical prison of the former CEO of the Dea Amanullah Chema and the Arshad Mahmood ATM, which are accused in a case of corruption that involves RS. 8 million.
Instead, the court sent them to Adial prison and ordered its production again on July 3. The investigating officer was ordered to present the charges before the next audience date.
The defendants were filed before the Court after the conclusion of a two -day physical return.
