Islamabad:
On Sunday, China put its weight behind Pakistan’s efforts to safeguard their territorial integrity and sovereignty as a result of elaborating tensions with India after Pahalgam’s attack when Beijing urged both parties to show restriction.
The support show came from China’s Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, who spoke with Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, to discuss the evolutionary situation that arises out of attack in the Jammu and Kashmir of the illegally occupied Indians (Iiojk).
“As a friend Ironclad and strategic cooperative partner for all climate, China completely includes the legitimate security concerns of Pakistan and supports its efforts to maintain their sovereignty and security interests,” said the main Chinese diplomat, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry of Foreign Affairs in an official reading after the phone call.
Chinese support is crucial for Pakistan since India has threatened reprisals. Given the Indian war, total war or limited conflict is a real possibility. In case of limited or greater conflict, China’s support for Pakistan will be essential to keep India at bay.
Nueva Delhi, when considering several options, must take into account China’s factor. Strategic issues experts believe that China would never want Pakistan to suffer any setback from India, therefore, in the case of any military conflict, Beijing would support Islamabad.
The two Foreign Ministers spoke in the context of the reports emanating from India that the Bharatiya Janata (BJP) hard -line party could launch an attack against Pakistan after blaming Pakistan for the April 22 attack in Pahalgama that destroyed the narrative of the Narendra Modi government of restoring normality to the disputed region.
Pakistan vehemently denied his participation and offered to participate in any “neutral, transparent and credible” investigation. In the telephone conversation, the main Chinese diplomat supported Pakistan’s demand for “impartial research.”
“China supports the rapid start of an impartial investigation, emphasizing that the conflict does not use the fundamental interests of India and Pakistan or regional peace and stability,” said Foreign Minister.
He said Beijing expected both parties to exercise restriction, move with each other and work to discourage tensions. Wang said that China was closely following the situation in evolution of tensions between Pakistan and India after the attack in the Kashmir region.
During the telephone call, Dar informed Wang about the last developments on tensions between Pakistan and India, after the deadly attack in the Kashmir region, stating that Pakistan had always been resolved by combating terrorism and opposes actions that could increase tensions.
“Pakistan is still committed to administering the situation through a mature approach and will maintain communication with China and the international community,” said Dar. “Combating terrorism constitutes a shared responsibility for all nations, and China constantly supports firms anti -terrorist actions of Pakistan,” Wang said.
A separate statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad said that Dar informed Wang about the current regional situation. He categorically rejected the unilateral and illegal actions of India, as well as his unfounded propaganda against Pakistan.
Expressing a deep appreciation for the constant and unwavering support of China, to give reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong commitment to “Pakistan-China’s friendship dressed as iron and the shared vision of a strategic cooperative association for all climate.”
He emphasized Pakistan’s determination to further deepen bilateral cooperation in all spheres. Both parties reiterated their firm Resolution to defend regional peace and stability, promote mutual respect and understanding, and jointly oppose unilateralism and hegemonic policies.
They agreed to maintain close communication and coordination at all levels to advance their shared objectives of peace, security and sustainable development in the region and beyond.
Meanwhile, Dar also spoke with the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom, David Lammy, and informed him about the current regional situation, sharing the false accusations of India, the propaganda without foundation and the unilateral measures, including the illegal decision to put the TREE (IWT) of the Indo (IWT), a clear violation of the international obligations of India.
He reiterated the unwavering resolution of Pakistan to defend his national interests, while continued to promote peace and stability in the region.
The Foreign Secretary, David Lammy, emphasized the importance of descaling the situation through dialogue and peaceful resolution of problems. Apprecious these efforts, GIV transmitted the preparation of Pakistan to participate in any independent and transparent investigation to determine the facts. Both leaders agreed to maintain active contact with respect to the situation evolving.
