- It is rumored that AMD RX 9060 XT is launched in mid -May, although the GPU may not go on sale until June
- A well -known YouTube leaks believe that 9060 XT will be well supplied when it arrives
- Wait for amounts similar to launch RX 9070 XT, and that could be a problem for Nvidia, which is struggling to obtain RTX 5060 Ti models
The RX 9060 XT graphics card of AMD, which is still rumored that it is only the following in the row for the RDNA 4 family, will allegedly have healthy stock levels when it arrives.
That is the conclusion of Moore’s law is dead (MLID), a YouTube filter that regularly provides GPU and CPU -related talk.
Mlid cites multiple sources, the first of which is based outside the USA and acknowledges that there will be a “quite good supply” of the RX 9060 XT GPUs, although firm numbers are not given (by any of these sources, it should add).
A second source in an important online retailer in the US.
This feels more vague than youtuber normally, but however, there is clearly a positive atmosphere around the amount of AMD stock that will probably meet for RX 9060 XT. In fact, Mlid emphasizes that this should be a launch similar to RX 9070 XT, which arrived in decent numbers as I could remember. (Although due to demand, the GPU was still sold very quickly, or at least the models in or near MSRP did it).
The warning adds that Mlid is that the USA can be a little less well supplied for 9060 xt than other countries, or at least that is a possibility.
Another point approached here is that the 9060 XT will probably not affect the Stock of the 9070 XT of AMD in the near future, according to the best YouTuber assumption.

ANALYSIS: Should Nvidia worry? It looks that way
Certainly for me it makes sense that the RX 9070 XT (or Vanilla 9070) stock would not suffer due to the launch of this third RDNA 4 GPU (not counting the GRE, which is only Asia for now anyway). This is because the two existing graphics cards use the Navi 48 chip, while the 9060 XT is built around a different engine, the Navi 44 GPU.
Then, the last chip will not cannibalize the first (not directly, anyway). And also because there are more profits to obtain in the most affectionate models 9070, the XT in particular, makes no sense that AMD wants to miss that (sacrificing any 9070 production in favor of 9060 xt).
If AMD can supply RX 9060 XT in a decent amount, as suggested here, that will be a problem for NVIDIA, which is struggling to obtain its RTX 5060 Ti graphics cards, that the Red’s Inbound Rdna 4 team must rival, in any real number.
Yes, you can find RTX 5060 TI models for sale, and there are currently a couple of flavors of the 8 GB version in the United States. However, that is more a reflection of the general unpopularity of this GPU, and even then, the cheapest one that will obtain remains 10% on the MSRP. With the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB best received, I could only see one in the USA.
What we still do not know is the RX 9060 XT MSRP, of course. In fact, as noted from the beginning, this GPU is not even officially confirmed yet, much less the price. All we know is that there is some type of rdna 4 new graphics card that will arrive this quarter, although with the weight of the rumors at this time, it is quite sure that it will be 9060 xt.
The price will be key, of course, and Mlid believes that AMD will launch RX 9060 XT somewhere between $ 329 and $ 379 in the United States (and on the line elsewhere). That is for the 16 GB rumored version of the graphics card, not the 8 GB variant (which will be launched next to it, at least according to some speculation). At the lower end of that price scale, this could be a murderous blow to Nvidia in the low medium range space (again, depending on how performance extends).
There are still too many unknowns to get too excited, and look at the general image, and where Nvidia is with its RTX 5060 models, I am worried that there is not much driving force so that AMD has to launch its new participant to the GPU scene towards the most convincing end of the rumors range.
What Nvidia has in his favor at this time is that, although Grapevine expects AMD to set RX 9060 XT very soon, on May 21, in fact, these graphics cards may not be on the shelves before June. As always, load the seasoning with all this. What we do know is that NVIDIA RTX 5060 (not TI) goes on sale on May 19, although again, its 8GB of vram loadout (in all areas) is demonstrating to be controversial, as with that version of the RTX 5060 TI currently.
