Rawalpindi:
The Special Court Antiterrorist (ATC) ordered the Superintendent of the Adial prison to provide books to the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf Imran Khan, and organized his telephone conversation to his children before Eidul Fitr.
Atc Amjad Ali Shah judge approved two requests from the founder of PTI, hearing the case of the GHQ attack on May 9, 2023.
The Court also approved the Federal Police application for custody of PTI protesters arrested in Rawalpindi during the protests on November 24, 2024.
The Court ordered the delivery of 118 accused in five cases registered at the Karachi Company, Aabpara, Ramna and Kohsar Police stations to the Islamabad Police.
