Islamabad:
An anti -terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday gave an interim bond to the leader of PTI and the former provincial minister Raja Basharrat on November 26, a protest and disturbance case.
The court prevented the police from arresting the petitioner until the next date in the case registered by the Karachi Company police station against them.
ATC Tahir Abbas Sapra judge heard the case in which Raja Basharrat appeared before the court along with his legal team.
The Court approved the provisional bond against the guarantee bonds worth RS5,000 and delivered notices to those responded to comments. The Court postponed the hearing of the case until September 8.
