Rawalpindi:
An ATC on Tuesday began a proclamation procedure against three PTI leaders for not appearing repeatedly in the trial of the Jinnah House attack.
The Administrative Judge of ATC, Manzar Ali, presided over the hearing after the police requested the approval of the court to publish announcements that declare suspects as fugitives.
The court ordered the authorities to issue proclamation notices for Alia Hamza, Sanam Javed and Ayesha Bhatta, ordering the police to publish the notices before October 2 and present a compliance report.
According to the police, the three leaders have been avoiding the Court.
